1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order has been verified.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Karachi: Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days.

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: Delivery may take 3–5 business days depending on the location.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries may take up to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping rate of PKR 250 is applied to all orders.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions (if applicable).

4. Payment Methods

  • Within Karachi:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

    • Online payments are also accepted.

  • Outside Karachi:

    • Due to government regulations, only online transactions are allowed.

    • COD is currently not available outside Karachi.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

6. Delays in Delivery

  • We strive to meet our estimated timelines, but delays may occur due to:

    • Public holidays

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier service disruptions

  • In such cases, our team will keep you informed.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund (as per our Refunds & Returns Policy).
